Customer Service policy ensure that all digital courses and ebooks are made available for download immediately upon purchase. All print books ship with 48 hours and arrive within 5-7 business days. Refunds are only available for products not delivered within 21 business days from date of shipment. Returns are accepted if item is damaged upon receipt of an emailed screenshot clearly showing the damaged item. Item will be shipped out within 5 business days.
